MedEMR app for iPhone and iPad

MedEMR has been developed for medical professionals and paramedics to provide prehospital notifications to the destination hospitals during patient transfers from one hospital to another or from trauma site to hospitals. The app collects ambulance dispatch details, basic patient identifiers, vital signs and push derived information to designated receivers.
Designed by a medical professional with experience in critical care and medical retrieval work, app offers data entry and easy exporting of cases to hospitals. 
The app will be accessed via a unique login and device registration. Each entry will be saved on the phone and emailed to destination hospital.
The app has been specifically designed for users in India and countries who are gradually developing their pre-hospital care and trauma systems.
